Little bit of goss

Options
Little bit of goss from the local watering hole this evening.
A block of 4 terraced houses that were built in january from old stone which are situated on the main street in the village centre have been sold yesterday. They were on with the same agent since january at 149950. There have been apparently lots of viewings but not one of them sold. I drive past them every day and they have been a constant point of conversation in the local.
Anyhow they have sold for £134k each. I dont know who's bought them but a young lad who temps in the estate agent told us the news this evening. Interesting stuff.

#1. The people that run these "sell your house and rent back" companies are generally lying thieves and are best avoided

#2. This time next year house prices in general will be lower than they are now

#3. Cheap houses are a good thing not a bad thing

(lets hope the new owners don't paint the houses or the pub will be desolate whilst it dries)

    LOL/dries.

Maybe it's the locals putting off the past potential buyers.... heard they were a bit dull.
