Morning all
Its so hot here already bit of a difference from your weather Gers but I suppose I am right at the other end of the country, I have DD’s bedding in the wash she changed the bed yesterday so that can go out once it’s finished.
Not working today as one has an appointment and I phoned Robs mum yesterday to see how he was and he now has gout in his foot, his foot was twice it’s normal size and he could not put it to the floor, I asked her if she had given him any painkillers as he was crying in pain, and she said no that she had nothing in the house, I ended up driving over and stopping at the pharmacy and bought him some liquid pain relief (he can’t swallow tablets) and dropped it off for him, I just couldn’t bear the thought of him being in so much pain so hopefully that will help him a bit.
Dinner tonight will be quiche baked sweet potatoes and salad, dd is working late again so just the two of us here.
Mehefin I hope you get the DC today xxx
Have good days all and take care xx9 -

Hello everyone
I'm lacking heat and sunshine too, if anyone would like to send some north, I'm hoping it will cheer up later.
Little one is feeling better again today, the doctor was really pleased with her . They're stopping the tpn feeds and letting her eat normally, so fingers crossed they'll be home soon.
I've been down to their house and done some weeding in the back garden, I had hoped to get some of the bags of weeds taken away but the binmen were just coming out of the village when I got there.
Camelot I hope your little one enjoys her first day at school tomorrow, is she going to the school that you work at? Little one loves us both 'going to the same school' and that we wear the same jumper!
I'm going to unpack my case - I'm very bad at unpacking - I tend to take the washing out and then leave the case sitting with all the other bits in for a while.
Hope everyone has a good day today x9 -
Afternoon folks and thanks GERS. I'm a late comer today, the weather upset my plans! Yesterday was hot and sunny all day and we were promised the same today. So last night I did a wash load ready to peg out early doors this morning. You've guessed - they were wrong and I got up to light rain and grey sky. So it was plan B and the washing went on the airer upstairs instead.
As DS is away on their jollies there was no supermarket sweep yesterday so I resorted to plan C and decided to go to Sainsbobs for the few fresh bits I was running low on - and some other bits that caught my eye. When I came out of the sm the sun was out but by the time I got home it had gone again and it's been gloomy ever since. I am feeling decidedly lacklustre.
Dp1 the good news on little one is getting better by the day. It sounds as though she might be back home soon and can finally enjoy the school hols. TAFF after all your work and improvements on your house and garden I couldn't believe it when I read the 'move' word!! NAN that sounds a lovely day out and IZZY a lovely w/e away. MEHEFIN I hope some progress has been made today. Your patience must be wearing thin. RR poor Rob, I hope the painkiller helps. ((HUGS)) for anyone else I have missed and take care all xx"If you dream alone it will remain just a dream. But if we all dream together it will become reality"9
