FairFX and Co-op bank

Had this card for many years and all ok. Got new app and up to date card but when trying to load my bank does not appear in list and it does nothing when I type in the name. 

As I have been with this bank for years I know I must have used them together within the past so am worried I might now have to change banks or currency card.
Does anyone have any knowledge on this.

The relevance is ? This is a new problem I did not realise there is only one useable thread my apologies

The relevance is that it might help you choose whether to change banks or currency card. Sorry, other than that, I don't have a solution to your particular issue.
