Good Stuff at Co-op ?

My local Coop is expensive. I only buy milk and a few odd bits there. However, their reduced fridge offers rich pickings if you go at the right time. Check out the fresh bread reductions too. I frequently get interestingly-flavoured £2-3 loaves for 20p. I slice it and freeze it.Another tip; they often give you a voucher for eg 25p off any veg item, or 50p off any Coop tinned soup. I usually buy just the milk first, in order to get a coupon, then i go round again for the other bits i need and often pick up the item featured on the coupon, all in the same visit.1
