Music Magpie Incompetent Customer Servis

My daughter has been waiting over 2 weeks, having paid extra for next day delivery, for a phone she ordered which is worth over £600. It has been redirected by Royal Mail to various sorting offices, when she contacted Royal Mail they were unable to help, she even offered to collect the phone herself.
Music Magpie say they are unable to do anything, it is a Royal Mail problem. We are at a loss to know how to proceed. Can anyone offer advice.

How did she pay? This is Music Magpie's problem to solve. She could try a chargeback on her card if she paid by card.0

Thanks we will look into this option0

If the package is being bounced from place to place due to an incomplete or inaccurate address or postcode, it may not be Music Magpie's problem.

This is a lie. Music Magpie are responsible for the item until it is delivered to your daughter. If RM lose it, that is Music Magpie's problem. *They* should be contacting RM for updates, not your daughter - she has not contract with RM.France2024 said:Music Magpie say they are unable to do anything, it is a Royal Mail problem..
