Tandem Issues?

Anyone having issues logging in at the moment via app?, my app is not letting me use fingerprint and comes up saying failed to authenticate, also not accepting my passcode.

Was working fine the other day.

Finerprint on the app is working for me.

have you updated the app?  it had an update a few days ago and I needed to redo my login details afterwards

I'm using whatever the current version is for Android.
It's not asked me to re register or anything.
As it's weekend maybe they doing maintenance?.

I've just logged in but had to use a 6-digit code sent to my Android phone, then set up a new (actually....the old 6 digit) passcode before gaining access.

Thanks I've just done the forgot passcode to get back on, really don't know what Tandem are playing at tbh, everything was working fine 

Pretty sure they stopped doing the text message thing in favour of biometrics, passcode etc, and here I am having to get text codes to get back in possibly due to latest update *sigh*

Mine did the same. It added for a passcode that I don’t recall ever setting up. 

Just had to reset to get access again.
