Hello,
I'm just about to put through my DRO application through Money Wellness, they are the ones that first put me on a breathing space and seem very good, but my only concern is that I have £286 of debt with my electricity and gas supplier - Octopus Energy. So if I put that through on my DRO application, will they cut me off?? If I try and leave to a different supplier, will they let me leave without paying off my debt?? Could I switch before my DRO application is submitted?

They won't cut you off
They must change your balance to zero.
Your Intermediary should exp!ain this to you. This is the guidance everone has to work to
