In April 23 I successfully applied for 4xGHIC Cards for my family. I had notification by email that the application was successful. I can't find any of these cards in my house.
In 6 days I am going to Europe with the family again. What is the best thing to do? apply again or something else?
Thanks

Your passport is really the document that shows GHIC eligibility and will get you the treatment. The GHIC card definitely makes it easier and in some places it will save a lot of argument and running around. You might have to pay and claim the money back even with a card in which case it wont too much difference wherever you are.

On that basis, it’s worth applying for replacement cards, they might arrive in time if ordered today. If they don’t, you can apply for a Provisional Replacement Certificate. (PRC). A PRC will give you the same rights as the GHIC on a temporary basis (not sure how long they are valid), and can be requested online.1
