Yet again, followed your guidelines in MSE, 2 years in a row, the technique works.... In fact this year beat last year's deal. Saved the Retentions number this time round ready for next year.

3 months holiday (Rac w/o) then continue payments without any increase. Must add, 5 year customer and change of circumstances did go in my favour.
