• Book by 4 pm the day before the date of the Afternoon Tea

The Vermont Gentleman’s Afternoon Tea – T&Cs

• Available for two people
• Available to book all week between 12 pm-4 pm, excluding Bank Holidays and Bank Holiday weekends
• Pre-book in advance

Wynyard Hall Afternoon Tea & Gardens – T&Cs

• Available for two people
• Available 7 days a week 
• Not table service 
• Entry to the gardens is a time visit not annual 
• Booking not required

Ramside Hall Afternoon Tea – T&Cs

• Available for two people
• Available 12 pm-5 pm Monday-Sunday
• Please advise us of any dietary requirements/allergies, 24 hours notice must be given for any changes to the menu

Seaham Hall Afternoon Tea – T&Cs

• Afternoon tea for two will be issued as a gift voucher, so the winner can book a date that suits them
• Afternoon tea is served Thursday to Sunday with the option of sittings at 12 noon, 1 pm, 2 pm and 3 pm
• Please advise of any dietary requirements, no matter how small at least 24 hours ahead of your arrival
