  • I'm just spitballing some ideas but that's outrageous they can take advantage of vulnerable people like that. 

    When they said "their call-out rate was made clear to their client" was this said to the client over the phone? If the phone calls are recorded, if you take it further and ask for them to release the call recording to prove what was discussed with the client.

    Why go to that effort before just asking the relative if the rate was stated in the call? If they say yes the rest is pointless
