APCOA parking appeal - 2 car parks

Hoping for some advice.
The train station I parked at has 2 car parks run by APCOA directly next to each other. When I paid for my 24 hour parking on the Ringo App, I hadn't realised that I had selected the wrong car park.
I received a parking ticket on 26th July which I immediately appealed. Today I received a rejection from APCOA.
At the time the ANPR cameras observed your vehicle they noticed that it was parked without a valid payment and was therefore parked in breach of the terms and conditions of the car park. For this reason, a Penalty Notice was issued. It is the motorist’s responsibility to ensure they have a valid payment for the entire time that they are parked in the car park.
Although we appreciate the points made in your appeal, you have provided evidence of a payment that is not for the car park in which you stayed.
You have parked in XXXX Station Car Park – Location Code 7XXX but you have paid for: XXX Station Square – Location Code 3XXX6.
Unfortunately, this payment is not valid for your parking session. All valid payment options are advertised on site along with the correct location code that must be entered when making your payment. The signage within the car park informs drivers that a Penalty Notice will be issued if they fail to make a valid payment.
One Station Square is operated by UK Parking Control Ltd and not South Western Railway, therefore you have paid the wrong company.
APCOA Parking (UK) Ltd operates as an AOS approved operator, in accordance with the British Parking Association Code of Practice. When parking on Railway land, the onus rests with the motorist to accept and to comply with the Railway Byelaws and the displayed Terms and Conditions of Parking.
On the date above, the driver parked the vehicle in breach of the Terms and Conditions of parking which are displayed in the car park. Having reviewed the circumstances surrounding the issuing of the above Penalty Notice, and having considered your reasons for appeal, our decision is to uphold the Penalty Notice.
Is there anything I can do?
