Another delivery story….

How do buyers think this works, sold a necklace Sunday, price fetched was a bit more than I expected, was priced for normal 2nd class parcel but I paid the bit extra for tracked 48 just to get a bit extra protection (I new it doesn’t have a great rep on here 🙂 ), sent Monday.
Ebay tracking said it was delivered today (so was 48 hours) .  Buyer messages me this evening saying she hasn’t got it and therefore can she have a refund.  I mean it’s only 2 days since I sent it!  On what basis do they think I will refund!
Anyway checking RM tracking it says redelivery to be attempted tomorrow so the EBay tracking is not reporting correctly so I’ve told them that in any case.

I love RM48 and wasn't aware it didn't have a good rep? For the extra 20p or whatever it is you get enhanced compensation from £20 to £150 and some tracking.

There are often mis matches between ebay and RM sites, usually though it is ebay stating non delivery and RM saying it has been delivered - so all you can do is wait and see what happens going forward. Even if buyer opens a case you have 4 days to resolve it.

Must admit I thought I’d seen it on here that RM48 wasn’t great, maybe mixed up with another.
