Nutmeg Annual Tax Pack indefinite delay

Has anyone here received their Tax pack from Nutmeg for 2023/24 yet?
Background
I had some money invested in a Nutmeg general investment account last year.
Withdrew the money in November 2023 (account still showing as "Closing" 7 months later, but that's another story).
From what I can tell, I received some income treated as dividends, and some as interest (and some misreported as one instead of the other), and there is potentially some "excess income" to report.
Nutmeg are the only financial institution where I can't identify what's happened for myself (from statements), and they are also the only financial institution yet to provide any documentation to allow me to complete my tax return.
A phone call two days ago yielded "We are in the process of producing the tax packs, but we can't tell you when it will be issued". The person on the other end of the phone couldn't even give a "try asking again in X days" estimate...

IIRC they were very slow last year. I waited until November for one provider (can't remember if it was Nutmeg or another). Since then I've kept my own records for these insignificant providers and generously guestimated where required. I only invest through them for cashback.
