Homehold - has anyone got recent experience of them?

Hello, I have just contacted Homehold to extend my aunt's flat lease, they offer the service from the valuation surveyor to a solicitor and land registry, for a fixed fee.
I've just spoken to a nice young man at Homehold and he has taken some notes and will be emailing me tomorrow.
Has anyone used them recently please?
