Cynergy Bank website

Is anyone else having trouble opening the Cynergy Bank login web page?

Yes. I have tried multiple browsers, multiple devices, cleared caches/cookies etc, tried wifi and 4g for over 2 hours. Nothing works.

Yes same here. No communication whatsoever on social media. Very poor, and worrying.  Has anybody tried phoning them?

Yes having trouble logging into the Cynergy on my computer, then tried the phone app none worked. Then tried contacting Cynergy rep who informed me their web site was ok and that it was my computer at fault, I suggested this was rubbish as I had tried to contact them via 2 independent devices. The problem is with Cynergy and have contacted them via phone they then admitted they had a problem with their system.

Just spoke with their customer support (after a very long wait) who say they are aware of the website problem and it should be back in a couple of hours. I shall be an ex customer very soon. Abysmal service.

Hi All. I saw another post by someone saying there is now an App, rather than the website and authenticator. I just registered via the app store and it works perfectly.

The website also came back online shortly after my last message and seems to be working now.  Cynergy needs to urgently review its processes and communications.

The website was down from around 2pm on 5th August with no update or message on when it would be available, staff on their helpline had no idea - unacceptable
