Parking Fine

(Image removed by Forum Team) I have received the attached. My car is based in the UK and has never been in mainland Europe. I also sold this car a month after the fine was issued, I am no longer the registered owner. Please help as don't know what to do, just want to ignore it as I presume it's a scam or my plate has been duplicated

firstly, you should remove your personal details from the post
check to make sure you are no longer the registered keeper
i would suggest if the car and registration match, and that's your address then DVLA have you as the person responsible for the car0 -
