Is anyone having trouble watching YouTube using Virgin WiFi?

For the second time now I've sat down to watch a video and it doesn't work. It's supposed to be 4K but that just doesn't work. Dropping down the resolution works for a bit but it keeps pausing. I've tried a Fire Cube, Sky Q box and smart TV. They're all the same. I feel like ringing up Virgin and telling them where to shove it.

Before you shout at Virgin get a computer with a wired connection and try that. All those devices are wireless.
If the problem goes away then your issue is caused by Wi-fi congestion which Virgin are not responsible for. You may need to change the wireless channel.1 -
I've never had any problems on a directly connected PC. The channels is already set to automatic.0

Install a WiFi speed checking app such as Meteor on your mobile phone and run a test while standing next to your TV.
That will give you an indication of the WiFi performance in that part of your room.0 -
No problem with YT here on WiFi (Gigabyte package) with Virgin.
You need decent WiFi speeds for 4K video streams.
You could use the Virgin app to test your WiFi strength in various locations, then call them and see if a WiFi extender would help.Drinking Rum before 10am makes you
