after a long call this morning and explaining things, eg they only used partial payslips, they used payslips with emergency tax code, it seems to updated and will looked on again.
more payslips have been sent as they acted in info we sent but acted in it too early.

they hadn't looked at all the payslips, etc tax codes, overtime or lack of overtime etc.

they wouldn't not have acted on it anyway on the first initial lots of info we gave them.
a double check would have been done based on any doubts errors we felt.

talk about stress, so due updated info again in approx 5 days from them
