Parking Invoice from UKPC for a McDonalds England

Hi,

I have been reading these forums for a fair few months now and have enjoyed the advice and stories and more importantly the justice the main helpers have been able to dish out against the Scam-boy companies.

I am now in need of help as the registered keeper of the car has received an invoice for overstaying in a UKPC managed park. I have spoken to the manager of the McDonalds and asked for them to cancel it. At first the first manager seemed happy too, just bring in a copy and he will instruct them to remove it. A week later when i arrived it was a different manager who had obviously delt with others before 'overstaying' in their carpark and complaining. He stated that he will 'ask' for it to be cancelled but can't guarantee it as it was Armed forces day and other patrons were over using the car park. I have yet to receive an email off that manager to tell me its been cancelled or not (3 weeks ago). So i shall prepare for the long haul. I would like to know if its ok to post the invoice with personnel details removed to see if the invoice is POFA compliant as i can't work it out myself?

kind regards

Dan

Have a look online as if to appeal. Is it showing as cancelled?

Please please don't show us the NTK.  I got so bored of seeing them (week in week out) that I created a NTK pictures thread so you can compare it yourself.
