best online website for booking hotel in Spain

hi there I am just trying to put together a cheapish holiday for my daughter and her friends. Loveholidays was coming up with a nice sounding hotel in Calella wih flights from our local airport so I decided I would try and put it together myself as I don't think Loveholidays have a great reputation.
The hotel website says it has the cheapest prices but they are way more than the various sites coming up on Trivago and Tripadvisor.
My problem is that there are literally 15 different booking sites, all coming up with the same description of rooms (for 3 people) but there is a massive difference in the price per night with booking.com coming up the most expensive and Zen hotels coming up amongst the cheapest.
My question is how can I find out which website is the most trustworthy? Should I look them up on Trust pilot etc. I would be very grateful for any tips on good booking sites. Many thanks. BTW I've never been to this area but it's the Aparthotel Miama Playa in Calella and it ticks a lot of boxes - shortish flight time to Girona, cheapish transfer cost, near to a beach and public transport and self catering facilities. So would also be grateful to know anyone's view on the resort or hotel if they have stayed there.

Have you considered trying a local independent travel agent for help? They might be able to match prices and you will at least have a physical contact point if there are any problems.

I suggest that you screenshot the prices on Zen and ask the hotel if they can price-match.

There is no hotel of that given name coming up on Tripadvisor.Is it the Aparthotel Miami Park ?

Reviews look fine - would be worth a direct booking enquiry for price comparison.
