TSB switch probs

Hi all. Is anyone having problems opening a TSB account to complete their switch? I opened an account today via the app - all went well and completed but then it took me back to the start of the app and I cannot log in or anything as I have no account details. Has anyone had the same issue and do you have to wait for an email or letter? Thanks Mia

    Are you using Firefox by any chance? If so, try another browser.

    (If it's this, the bug has been there for over a year at this point - totally unacceptable from TSB)
