The FB page looks like a fairly typical social media scam rather than any sort of genuine travel agency.0

There are other names linked to that and other addresses which link to other companies. That is the tenuous bitDullGreyGuy said:

It seems as though this is not the same company as this website:
https://letsbookit.com/
Operates from Bournemouth and has the (parent) company details shown at the base of the page.
I fear that a sole trader using the trading name "Let Us Book It" when there is a very similar named company operating, seemingly legitimately, might suggest that the sole trader is either a chancer or a scammer. If the OP has the personal details of the sole trader, it may be possible to follow small claims (as the "business" and the individual are one and the same) but whether there is any money to recover is another matter.
Although to be fair, many private travel planners/agents will work out of their home address.
Who is the person?
Something Tully?

That is a straight up scam! fake giveaways, and all! Doesn't give any impression that it is a business of any sort, look at the email address!0

OP, you said you paid by transfer. What was the name you provided - was it a person or a company. And did the name "match" the recipient account when you did the transfer?
Looks like a scam to me - sole traders don't go into administration, and small companies don't give away free cruises from a list of 13 people who shared a link.0 -
