Help stolen recovered advice

I’ve got an unusual situation. Unknowingly bought a car which despite being HPI cleared and it still is, was stolen and recovered. Not an insurance write off. Repaired and sold on. To me as it happens. Only found this out as trying to sell. When dealers do a deeper dive its flag with a stolen marker. It was stolen and recovered within a month. Not significant damage and repaired. Can you get the stolen marker removed? Who do I need to talk to? Going round in circles

You cannot get the marker removed because it's a mater of fact that it was stolen.

Does it have a stolen and recovered marker?  Or just stolen?

It’s stolen and recovered apparently. Logged on V check. I’ve spoken to the DVLA and they have no flags on the vehicle
