how to find the landowner to complain a parking ticket?

Dear All!
Recently I have received a UKPC parking ticket from a retail carpark, claiming I was in the site at "forbidden hours". They have absolutely no signs at all, about the so called forbidden hours (when the shops are closed) so I went in by mistake...
Currently this PCN is under POPLA appeal, which is much longer than usual. It is "in process" for over 3 weeks by now...
I have decided to contact the landowner, that so many people mentioned here before. But unfortunately I am unable to find out who does the land belong to.
RM7 0AF - Rom Valley Retail Park
I have tried to find information online, even I went to to government land register. But the info I got is which shop (Aldi, Pizza Hut etc) when was it sold and for how much. I couldn't any information about the actual landowner.
Any ideas?
How do you usually do it?
Cheers

find out who the managing agent is , normally signs on the site1

This site was sold for redevelopment at the end of last year to:Mitheridge Capital Management. As for the PCN If the signage does not state that you are prohibited from entering between certain times then they cannot hold the driver to that term, only the terms on the signage.I suspect that as it is the scammers at UKPC they will probably bleat on about leaving site as there are conditions about not parking there to go to the hospital opposite, but they cannot slot that one in automatically if it didn't happen.

Its the managing agent for the retail park that contracts with the parking company, on behalf of the actual landowner, they usually oversee the site requirements, tenancies, payments etc
So as was mentioned earlier, you find out the managing agents details and complain to them, regardless of who actually owns the site ( usually a passive absent investor). Savills are one of the main agents, so maybe them , maybe not1 -
The totem sign at the place indicates that Robert Irving Burns were the managing agents in 2021...
