How do I find if fund had adopted a fund label yet ?
HL site says it under fact sheet but I read all documents but can't see anything in any fund
Has it not fully come into force yet with funds having a label?

What do you mean by labels? That's not something I've heard before, do you have any examples?Remember the saying: if it looks too good to be true it almost certainly is.0
