Contacting Amazon Re Fire Risk

On June 27th I bought a video doorbell from Amazon that came with a separate battery operated chime. Yesterday, when the doorbell was pressed, smoke started coming out of the back of the chime and there was a strong burning smell. I obviously then removed the batteries.  

Because my order is over 30 days ago there seems to be no way for me to contact Amazon to make them aware of this potential problem---all efforts via 'my orders' simply direct me to contact the seller, even though it was dispatched by Amazon.

Anyone know of a way for me to contact Amazon?.

    Personally I'd forget the seller :) and contract your local council, probably Trading Standards that cover this type of thing.

    To contact Amazon it's just general customer services, whether they'll do anything is hard to say as it's overseas CS who will pass it along to a back department somewhere.
