Latest Barclays online Issues

Hi
Since Barclays online changed the appearance of their online transactions on an account ( I assume to make it look pretty) I'm finding although my balance alters it seems to be taking days for completed online payment transactions to appear when prior to the system change they appeared in real time.
I'm just finding extremely annoying every time i do an online payment I then have to go to the person or account etc to make sure that payment has been made as there is no record of it in the transactions on my account for days.
I also cant get the message us contact option to work so i can make a complaint it just sends me back to the homepage of my account.
I just wondered if anyone else has been having the same issues since some IT genius decided to mess with something that worked perfectly well to justify their existence (If it's not broken don't fix it)

Thanks SteveSeems its the usual practice of trying to push people into using their phone app, first they close banks to push everyone online then they push everyone from online to a phone app1
