TFL PCN - yellow box junction

Hello!
I'm after some advice please on a TFL-issued PCN I received in the post for stopping in a yellow box junction. The offending vehicle was turning left out of a traffic light-controlled junction and could not exit the yellow box due to stationary traffic.
TFL have provided three photos as evidence for the offence, attached below. I'm not convinced though that these prove that my vehicle was the one that was stopped in the box - as you can see, you can't read the number plate of the car stopped in the box, only the plate of a car driving on a different section of road. Would be interested in peoples' views of whether this might be grounds for an appeal?
Thanks all!
S

As its not a private PCN, please go to the ftla parking forum and post in the appropriate section there, thanks2

Guess they’ll have the video, so if you appeal and lose, you’ll pay double? I got caught out by a bus lane a few years back because I was unfamiliar with the area and it was raining, but thought it wouldn’t be worth appealing. The CCTV still they sent actually shows me indicating to move out of the lane once I had realised it was a bus lane.1

The offending vehicle was turning left out of a traffic light-controlled junction and could not exit the yellow box due to stationary traffic. And the rule states:You MUST NOT enter the box until your exit road or lane is clear.Looks like it wasn't clear you did and got trapped.ftla might find a technicality with the paperwork but I wouldn't hold your breath on that!
