I was previously with think money for two/three years after switching via topcashback.com
I was never informed of a a monthly £10 charge when joining think money and when I queried it, I was told it would help build up my credit rating which was very low at the time.

I don't bank with them anymore and I read an article on this website about banking charges and wondered if I'm eligible to claim?
I didn't receive any benefits for the payment and I seriously don't know what I was paying for.

You always have the right to complain but it's very likely this will go nowhere as the charge will have been listed on the site and the terms of the account, especially if it was in the last 10 years or so.Phoenix4479 said:I was previously with think money for two/three years after switching via topcashback.com

Note: there is no "claiming" - you are not owed anything automatically, you would have to show mis-sellingSam Vimes' Boots Theory of Socioeconomic Unfairness:
People are rich because they spend less money. A poor man buys $10 boots that last a season or two before he's walking in wet shoes and has to buy another pair. A rich man buys $50 boots that are made better and give him 10 years of dry feet. The poor man has spent $100 over those 10 years and still has wet feet.
