Thanks for getting in touch.
We're sorry you had some problems with the website.
We recommend clearing your website browsing data/history. To do this on a pc or laptop (but not an Apple device):
Go to Settings
Select Advanced
Select Basic
Press Ctrl, Shift & Delete at the same time
In the Time Range, select All Time
Ensure to tick Browsing History, Cookies & Other Site Data and Cached Images & Files
Click Clear Data
If you're using an iPad, please try clearing your browsing history. To do this:
Go to Settings
Select Safari
Select Clear History and Website Data
Select Clear History and Data
The problem should now be resolved but If not, please try again using a different web browser/device.

I actually cleared my cookies yesterday afternoon, as I do periodically anyway, and the form still didn't go through today?!
