Maybe you need to access via the newsletter link or social pages

I have tried entering from the newsletter and that doesn't work either.

Thanks for getting in touch.

We're sorry you had some problems with the website. 

We recommend clearing your website browsing data/history. To do this on a pc or laptop (but not an Apple device):
 
           Go to Settings
           Select Advanced
           Select Basic
           Press Ctrl, Shift & Delete at the same time
           In the Time Range, select All Time
           Ensure to tick Browsing History, Cookies & Other Site Data and Cached Images & Files
           Click Clear Data
 
If you're using an iPad, please try clearing your browsing history. To do this:
 
           Go to Settings
           Select Safari
           Select Clear History and Website Data
           Select Clear History and Data
 
The problem should now be resolved but If not, please try again using a different web browser/device.

I actually cleared my cookies yesterday afternoon, as I do periodically anyway, and the form still didn't go through today?!

It worked for me just now, the tickbox to confirm I'm human is now there, it wasn't when I tried a few days ago.
