Car faulty from new
Hi. We brought a new KIA Xceed last year and have been in dispute for about 5 months over an issue it has had from new. We raised a complaint through the finance company who arranged an independent inspection. This came back as faulty from manufacture. KIA have had the car back 3 times and on the last visit the technician advised they have had many cars with the same issue but KIA Technical have no resolution. We were about to let the finance company have one more attempt at repair before we insist on a full refund but unfortunate it was involved in an accident and is currently having the rear end replaced under insurance. This occurred outside our house and we were not in the car at the time. I've think this now puts us in an awkward position for claiming a full refund on the car. Anyone able to advise in the legal side or advice?

The accident is a separate issue. If it can be fixed it will be you can then reject.1
