It’s seasonal blooms galore at Horace Walpole’s ‘little Gothic castle’ next month as Strawberry Hill House Flower Festival returns on Sept 13-15, showcasing more than 30 floral designers from all over the UK. As ever the focus is on sustainable floristry and British growers, with specialist talks on plants for wellbeing, designing your own floral arrangements, flower photography and creating ‘dried everlastings’. Guest speakers include Royal florist Simon Lycett and Gardeners’ Question Time’s Ashley Edwards. We have two pairs of tickets to give away, worth £38 a pair.
