I looked at a property that was on with these. They are cowboys
They were charging this poor bloke £15k in fees, told him they had cash buyers waiting which was a lie, and he’d signed a contract so couldn’t get out it it. Also they register an interest on land registry so even when your out of contract if you sell to someone they introduced you to they still want their commission. This poor broke has been stitched up proper. Also they lied to him about an offer to try and get more out of the buyer and more commission with him, it’s only because he talked to the guy direct they worked out spring box we’re lying
Frustrating for me as I liked the house but they wanted £3k deposit from me to put an offer in and I wouldn’t do that.Left a review on trust pilot but they just get them removed.5 -
Their site suggests they are "Springbok Properties Ltd". If correct, you can find the company here:The two listed directors were also directors of Springbok Homes LLP, now dissolvedYou can download financial documents from the pages above, and can look at the various companies Mr. Ncube is / has been a director of, by choosing the "people link from one page, and clicking on the name.

Well, they've misspelt Soul, but in all other respects it seems to sum up the company.[Quoted post removed by Forum Team]I think fourmarks was making precisely that joke.No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?1 -
