Barclays have taken many £ '000's off us. For over 5 years I have been trying to get it back.
Then they froze our Barclaycards.
It is impossible to trade these days without any cards.
They ignore our phone calls, with all the correct security answers.
They ignore our complaints.

What is your specific question, and you need to give far more background about this for anything anywhere near a sensible answer.
- how did they take thousands off you and why?
- what actions have you taken so far with regards to complaints and the financial ombudsman. If none, then why have you waited 5 years to escalate?
- is your card being frozen related to the above or for a different reason.

The money is in an account which has our name on, but we cannot withdraw from.
