I had a popla appeal earlier this year, come back asking for more information.
I wanted to add a photo too but I could not see anyway to do it, then or now when I look at it again.
I just want to know was there something that I missed, you are saying there is an email but I just don't see it.
If there is an email address please show me where?0 -
Here's a standard email received from POPLA re the most recent one I did for a friend:We had already put in the comments to that same email address, saying that she 'couldn't access the comments box' so these comments were being sent by email.
They were fine about it. I've done comments that way several times.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

honestly, I am in two minds about just paying the £100 fine. I don’t want to go court and have a CCJ against my name, alongside all the paperwork etc. I know this car park and case is an absolute scam but it’s too much now.
what happens if I just completely ignore MET Parking after this POPLA loss and what can they do?0 -
You wont get a ccj if you follow this forum
Don't even think about paying.
Come back if you ever get a court claim.
You should know by now you don't pay

Debt collectors letters, so post 4 in the newbies sticky thread in announcements, IGNORE
come back to this thread if you receive a Letter of Claim, or a court claim pack from the CNBC in Northampton using MCOL, for further advice in dealing with them
If you lost in court, you pay the total set by the court within the 30 days grace period in order to expunge the CCJ, meaning that your full payment stops the CCJ, nothing on your credit report
Its the non payers or late payers who suffer
The knowledgeable members on here can advise you at the various steps, when to act, deadlines etc1 -

You won't pay £100. You won't pay £170.
You won't get a CCJ even if you somehow lost at a hearing (most cases never reach a hearing) because if you lose you pay. Less than the claim. No CCJ remains at all.
Nobody here pays unless a Judge says so.
I repeat: you won't be paying a penny.
No CCJ.
No hearing.
Defending is soooo easy that it is in fact even easier than doing a POPLA appeal. No risk.
Please post the POPLA Decision in POPLA DECISIONS at the top of the forum now but add TEN paragraph breaks to it first.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
