I got it as a direct entry from an email and went looking for the link to share, sorry it didn't work.

Each individual, who successfully completes the entry form while the entries remain open as indicated in the timetable above, will be eligible to receive ONE free entry into the prize draws. One entry per person (as represented by the email address provided via the entry form) will then be included in respective weekly Runner Up prize draw and the subsequent Grand Prize draw.

I think it make sense to wait until at least 12pm on 8th August before entering. It looks, to me, like the terms say if you enter between the 1st August and 8th August, you will not be entered into any of the runner up draws.
