'Parking lot' is as American as 'curb'.  No such nouns in the UK.  I know you only used the former but Judges don't like Americanisms any more than we do.

Remove all the parts in capitals letters.

And remove this, do not admit fault:

Thank you so much. I just extracted the section relevant to the main argument. The final points will be the 2 template questions about VAT and the nature of the charges.  

My question is whether this is too much for the initial reply to Gladstones LBC or better to hold on to it for the Defence document should the need arrive in due course at which point we'd reinforce with all the other good stuff from the template around excessive charges etc.

I've been doing some digging around on the land owner of Exeter Road Car Park, Braunton Devon.  The title of the land is attached to The George Hotel, Exeter Road - which is located opposite. The George Hotel is in turn owned by a company called Tavern Propco, registered as an overseas company, based (surprise, surprise) in tax haven St Helier Jersey. The main beneficiary and shareholder is a New York based Investment banker with an alleged net worth of $1.82bn.  Gosh, it really stinks doesn't it!! He's probably a mate of Fishy Rishi!

I think it is too wordy. Work on reducing it over the weekend.
