    App wants me to re register, apparently this happens because not using it for some time?, well that's not right, I frequently use the app to check balance etc
    Same issue here and I'd already logged in successfully this morning. 

    I'll give it a couple of days and try again!

    Same issue this morning, reregistered the app by logging in with my username and password, entering security question and confirming my phone number. 
    All good again!

    Same. Re-registered, access gained, £500 Halifax debit card paid in. Job done 👍

    Not something I need help with, as I can view the products directly on the website, but for info, when I try to go from the products tab in the app, the page for each type of savings product won't load, whichever one is selected.

    I get 'Sorry. We're having trouble loading this, please try again.'

    Possibly just me, or a glitch after the updates from pulling products and/or lowering the rates.
    (I didn't try to log in at start of the month when there were problems and logged in fine on the app today without resetting login)

    FWIW it's the same for me. 
    Same with me on the App. 
    Online website seems fine.

    The links to savings accounts via the products tab in the app are working now too.
