Birmingham City Council PCN

Hi all,

Looking for some advice. I parked at Snow Hill Multi Storey Car Park and didn't have any cash so used the RingGo app.

Came back to the car and had a PCN for parking without a pay and display ticket. Submitted an appeal with the evidence that I paid from the app.

Fast forward to today and my appeal was rejected as I picked the number plate for my other car.

Anything I can kick back on?

As we major on private parking tickets here, Free Traffic Legal Advice (FTLA) forum will be your best bet for council penalty charges. Register there but please note that a Hotmail address may not work - try using a throwaway Gmail account instead if you do have trouble registering, and post a new thread; here's your link:

Read the sticky 'Read this first before posting your case' as well as reading through some of the other threads there ahead of posting your own details, to get the hang of what information they need from you in your opening post - but as a minimum you will need to post redacted photos/scans of all correspondence you've received from the council (both sides, if appropriate), as they need to see all the small print.

It's over five weeks since your opening post on this thread and you have received just the one reply in that time.

Could that lack of response be due to people here feeling unable to help you... I don't know... but clearly that lack of response probably does mean your best bet is to look for help elsewhere.

If somebody with the knowledge replies to your query, then yes it possibly can assist, but generally the answer is NO, not on here, so people were advised to go to Pepipoo parking forum, now died a death, so they moved to the FTLA PARKING FORUM , hence the sage advice you were given 

Its your choice, but I know where most people here would now go for council PCNs etc, its where those of us replying would go these days 

Its mainly private parking company PCNs on here
