Compatible Canon 575 and 576 cartridges (or refilling)?

I've used Epson and Canon printers in the past and refilled the cartridges or used a Continuous Inking System to keep costs down. But this time I've bought a Canon TS3550i, which use very expensive 575 and 576 cartridges.

Has anyone had any success in refilling these cartridges or locating cheat compatibles, please?
