Provider advice after changing to ASHP and Solar panels with batteries

I'm a housing association tenant and I'm in the lucky position of having the storage heaters and economy 7 system removed and replaced with an ASHP and solar panels with batteries in my little one bedroom bungalow. I'm with Ovo on a pre-payment smart meter and generally low usage (although last year the winter cost was unaffordable despite not keeping the property comfortably warm) I'm expecting to have very little grid usage through the summer with the solar panels, I need to get changed off the economy 7 tariff so can anyone give me any advice about what's available out there now?

Octopus have the widest range of smart tariffs. Possibly either their Cosy or Flux tariff would suit best.

What may be a complicating factor is the ownership/legal status of the solar panels. Does the HA have the export MPAN and collect any export payments? I think you need to talk to the HA to find out what you can or can't do.

I'm on an EV tariff which is similar to Economy 7.  In the winter I charge my battery overnight from the mains at cheap rate.  I heat my hot water cylinder with my heat pump at the cheap overnight rate and I kick-start my heating by running my heat pump for the last two cheap rate hours.  This seems to be quite inexpensive, so an Economy 7 type tariff is not necessarily a bad thing; it works with my own ASHP, solar panels and battery..
