The prize draw is open between Wednesday, 31st July, and Wednesday, 14th August. By filling in your contact details, you are agreeing to enter our free Prize Draw to win a 3-day Amsterdam mini cruise break for 2 people.

By entering the free prize draw, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

1. The prize is subject to availability.
2. The holiday amount is not transferable and can only be used by the lead name on the booking.
3. Only one entry per booking is allowed.
4. Management reserves the right to end the competition without prior notice.
5. There will be one prize for two people only.
6. The prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over.
7. The prize draw winner will be selected at random.
8. The prize draw will take place after the competition closes on Wednesday 14th August
9. A valid passport is required to travel.
10. The winner will be contacted by phone, social media or email as soon as possible.
11. No persons, including their immediate families, connected with the administration of this prize draw and/or employed by Barrhead Travel or associated companies are eligible to enter.
12. Barrhead Travel reserves the right to cancel this Prize should Barrhead Travel reasonably suspect that you have not complied with the rules of the Prize Draw or have committed fraud.
13. Barrhead Travel reserves the right to terminate or modify the terms of the Prize, with or without notice, due to reasons outside its control or if reasonably required to do so, without liability to Barrhead Travel, you or any third parties.
14. Barrhead Travel accepts no liability for you failing to redeem the Prize for any reason.
15. The winner will be given 14 days to respond. If they do not respond within the timeframe, a new winner will be selected.
16. The Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, non-reroutable and cannot be exchanged for a cash alternative
17. The Prize Winner agrees that the Prize Provider Barrhead Travel may use the Prize Winner’s name and likeness to administer and promote this Prize Draw and may be required for media interviews and promotional events connected with this Prize Draw. Notwithstanding, Prize Winners have the right to object to some or all of their information being published or made available. All personal information will be used in accordance with Barrhead Travel’s Privacy Notice – barrheadtravel.co.uk/privacy-policy
18. Barrhead Travel makes no representation or warranty in relation to the Prize. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Barrhead Travel shall have no liability to you in relation to the Prize, its fitness for purpose, merchantability or otherwise.
19. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Barrhead Travel accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury, death, costs, expense or disappointment (whether in contract, tort or otherwise) incurred or suffered by you or any third parties arising out of or in connection with the Prize Draw and/or from accepting the Prize. Your statutory rights are not affected.
20. If any provision of the Prize Terms is held to be illegal, invalid, void or otherwise unenforceable, such provision shall be severed from the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
21. The Prize Terms are governed by Scottish Law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish Courts.
