Just use the Template Defence as you see in all the other DCB Legal / Euro Car Parks claims at the moment. They are litigating a huge batch. We have 2 or 3 exact match threads like yours each day, so go back and scroll through the forum to read a good half dozen or more. Learn how people worded their paragraph 3. Copy!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Andme1 said:Issue date is 16/09/2024With a Claim Issue Date of 16th September, you have until Monday 7th October to file an Acknowledgment of Service. Do not file an Acknowledgment of Service before 21st September, but otherwise there is nothing to be gained by delaying it.To file an Acknowledgment of Service, follow the guidance in the Dropbox file linked from the second post in the NEWBIES thread.
Having filed an Acknowledgment of Service in a timely manner, you have until 4pm on Monday 21st October 2024 to file a Defence. That's over four weeks away. Plenty of time to produce a Defence, but please don't leave it to the last minute. To create a Defence, and then file a Defence by email, look again at the second post on the NEWBIES thread - immediately following where you found the Acknowledgment of Service guidance.Don't miss the deadline for filing an Acknowledgment of Service, nor that for filing a Defence.
Do not try and file a Defence via the MoneyClaimOnline website. Once an Acknowledgment of Service has been filed, the MCOL website should be treated as 'read only'.3 -
Brilliant! thank you so much for the help...I'll follow as advised0

You now have just four days to file a defence.
But that does assume you filed an Acknowledgment of Service in a timely manner.3 -
