Sending WCA form back packed!

Options
The envelope is tightly packed with alll the extra info sheets, medical information and WCA form and I was wondering if it would be ok to send like this or should I repack it into a seperate larger envelope and stick the addressed envelope on the front?

I'm asking because as it gets sent to a sorting office I'm not sure if they open them and then send them on to the assessor or if they go direct to who ever will be assessing it as I dont want them leaving anything out that I have included because of how tightly packed it is?

Thanks

Goes straight to assessment centre and they put it into a folder, so all documents are secure, so not mixed up with anything else.

You could sellotape the envelope to add some extra binding strength.
The comments I post are personal opinion. Always refer to official information sources before relying on internet forums. If you have a problem with any organisation, enter into their official complaints process at the earliest opportunity, as sometimes complaints have to be started within a certain time frame.

In the past I've always filled in the downloaded PDF version and printed it out single sided, then added extras sheets, so as you say that's too much for the provided envelope.
I just used a larger envelope and sellotaped the original pre-paid one to the front with the address showing, I've done that three times and it's never been a problem.
One thought though, if you are sending the original double sided paper form and it's your supporting documents that are bulking it out that much then do I wonder if all of that supporting information is needed?
It can sometimes be as much of a mistake to send too much stuff that isn't relevent/needed as it is to send not enough of what is important.
If you have the time before you need to return the form then it may be worth having a local benefits advisor take a look at it for you. They will know what is needed and what is unecessary.

Either way take a copy or a photo of all the evidence you are sending just in case!

Also, get free proof of postage receipt by handing it to a post office. Ask for proof of posting this will cover you on any dispute as it has weight and postcode delivery address.
