Parking fine when car was left with a meet & greet company

My wife and I were out of the country when ParkingEye issued a ticket for parking without a valid ticket at the Radisson Hotel, Access Road, London. The car was actually parked with Blue Circle Parking, a company that unfortunately went into administration during that week. Despite their initial assurance that they would review the fine, nothing was done. ParkingEye has now re-issued the fine, even though I appealed, explaining that we were not the ones driving. The fine has now increased to £170. Could someone please advise on how to proceed? ( I have done another appeal under the same grounds). Thanks in advance.

You haven’t been “fined”. Have a read of the Newbies/FAQ thread.2

Use the tear off on the reverse side of the Notice to Keeper to transfer liability to the meet and greet company. The fact they've gone bust is not your problem, you were not driving and have followed the process required by the Protection of Freedoms Act 2012 (the law) and transferred liability.Could someone please advise on how to proceed? thank you. i do not see a "tear off" page in the parking fine letter issued but i do have the proof of the email i sent to Blue circle with the copy of parking notice. In the meantime, i did read the FAQ's and trying to contact Radisson to see if they can waive it off from their level. Thanks everyone for the suggestions so far.0

You need to transfer liability. You don't need a tear off slip to do that. Can be done by email.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
