Amazon!

I know people have mixed feelings about Amazon, I’ve just received an email from them. I bought some very good hair products from them, they were a similar price to other places and I have an Amazon Prime account so I get next day postage free. They said they have reduced the price of the product after I bought it and they are refunding me £4.13
.

I thought that was very sweet of them.

Can't fault them, I placed an order yesterday, non prime member, it was delivered today, didn't pay for next day or activate the trial0

They are very efficient . I recently received an Amazon gift card and it was so easy to credit it to my account, and when you make a purchase, it automatically uses that money first.
Unlike other gift cards, vouchers etc that can be a right pain to get to work online.
Two negatives though.
Not paying their fair share of UK tax
Their drivers ( in this area anyway) just chuck the parcel by the front door, and do not even bother ringing the bell sometimes.1 -
