Mostly a vent....
Sold a second-hand set on eBay. The purchaser turned out to be a trader in this type of items (with a serial history of leaving poor feedback and returns now I check on recieving the complaint) ......
First, got a passive agressive message on packaging, although having said that I've seen far too many people pack atrociously to be bothered by that.
Now comes the message complaining after he's recieved the item.
Two minor flaws on one item in the set in very closeup, which admittedly I'd not spotted. These are 30 odd years old though, and frankly to be expected.
Added to the blocked bidders list, and offered a return if required.
Anyone have any further advice?

No, you e offered a refund on return and leave it at that. If they decide to return then make sure they open a case and do it that way.
if they leave poor feedback come back for advice. Offering a return is often an easy way of getting poor feedback removed.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. No response to the offer of refund, but positive feedback left today.Unfortunately, I sell little enough I can't see the stars they've left.(I note they've listed the parts of the set induvidually for triple what they paid....)0
