Item potentially delivered to wrong place

Just been contacted by a buyer who says they haven’t received an item. Was 2nd class small parcel Royal Mail. Tracking says is delivered, the RM app just shows a GPS location. The buyer seemed to think it might have been delivered to a neighbour. They are perfectly friendly at the moment, but is there anything I can do my end?
