    Sold four tickets for Killers on 11 July. Tickets sold. £400+ This was 13 working days ago and no sign of a payment. (They say 10 days). Impossible to contact. No phone (they admit this temselves), a chatbot that has to be the most stupid chatbot ever created, an email that asks you to respond "above the line" (impossible) and no way I can see to just talk in a sensible manner to anyone about what is going on. Help! Look at the Trustpilot reviews. Says it all.

    Pity you didn't look at the reviews before using the service.
